This under-cast icing and ventilation system utilizes a soft, breathable wrap that is placed around the arm, from hand to elbow, prior to casting. To ice, simply connect the wrap to the water pump system and plug it in. Includes two Short Arm wraps and fully assembled water pump system. Patent pending.
